Selection Process
Petermann uses a special selection process to identify prospective team members who want and like to serve and who are serious about safety. We conduct a complete criminal background investigation for every bus team candidate, including:

  • Comprehensive drug and alcohol testing
  • Comprehensive pre-employment, probable cause and random drug and alcohol testing
  • Physical examination
  • Driving record investigation
  • Reference check
